Our molds are handmade and we process each order after payment is received. Please allow 5 to 10 business days to process your domestic order.
We accept echeck, credit cards and existing funds through paypal only, money orders, MoneyGram and Western Union payments are also accepted.
Packages are sent UPS or USPS at the rate you decide, I prefer USPS and will do at my own discretion unless specifically specified by direct E-Mail contact. Also insurance is now available.
For large orders the cost will probably be less, or if arranged, they can be fitted in larger boxes to reduce shipping cost.
RETURN POLICY
No Returns Or exchanges except if damaged item.
If you receive an item that was damaged it must be returned within 7 days of receiving the mold. Please contact us for directions before returning the molds.
Items are not sold for testing, please ask any questions before you buy. We charge a 20% restocking fee.
No returns after 7 days!
Shipping is non-refundable and you pay shipping cost to return the molds to us.
